Juvenile Delinquency

Probably the only legal scenario more frightening than being arrested and charged with a crime is when a child is arrested and charged with a crime.  Parents know that a stupid mistake or momentary lapse in judgment (often caused by problems with drugs or alcohol) can have lifelong consequences.  When a child’s mistake or lapse in judgment results in criminal accusations, the law requires that he or she must navigate the complexities of the juvenile justice system with the assistance of an attorney, no matter what the family decides.
